This is a simple recipe of Souffle cake with only eggs. Ingredients:-
Eggs - 5
Sugar - 3 spoons
Salt - 1 spoon
Butter - 5 gms
Separate Egg white and yolks. Add half a spoon of sugar and a pinch of salt to egg yolks; and mix well. Add 2.5 spoons of sugar and a pinch of salt to egg white and use whisk to mix well. Continue to whisk for 10-15 minutes so that egg white becomes creamy.
Now take a pan and add the butter. Cook egg yolks first to a medium level and add egg white on top. Cover the pan with the lid and cook for 5-6 minutes. Thats it. Turn off the stove and open the lid. Souffle is ready.
