In Japan, most of the car insurance support movement of vehicles from the breakdown location to repair shop or dealer showroom where proper service will be available. Another attraction in Japan is that when the dealer or workshop takes care of the car, another car will be given for use to the owner during repair period. From experience, dealers usually provide a relatively new car to the customer for use. These cars are then sold for cheaper prices though those cars are new. Sometimes customers who experience new car and features are tempted to upgrade to new car models.
