Please see this video to get a view of Japanese Coffee shops and understand oshibori, sandoitchi and pan.
Japanese Coffee shops are western in nature, beautiful, calm; but, a little expensive. Whether its a western styled Restaurant or Japanese traditional Restaurant, there are certain basic things like oshibori, common across Japan.
Oshibori is a warm or cold towel provided along with a glass of water or some kind of tea, first time in restaurants across Japan, even before you place an order. Take it and wash your face, hands etc and get ready for the meal. Get refreshed.
sandoitchi is simply sandwich. I have mostly seen Mayonnaise with eggs in most of the sandwiches across Japan. Of course, there are sandwiches with vegetables, ham, bacon etc.
pan is the Japanese for bread varieties.
Kind of breakfast in this video costs around 700 to 1,200 JPY.
