Thin slice pork dry fry recipe | Quick & Easy | Great combination with whisky

This is short video on a quick and easy, non-veg recipe using thin slice pork meat. This may be helpful for bachelors who do not want to follow complex recipes and those which demands longer cooking time. Ingredients are as shown below:-

Thin slice pork meat - 1 Kg
Red chilly powder - 2 spoons
Turmeric powder - 1 spoon
Garam masala - 1 spoon
Salt - 1.5 spoons

Another important point to note is that, no need to use oil, as fat from meat will help frying the meat.

Put the meat in pan and turn on the stove, add salt (1.5 spoons or to taste), red chilly powder (2 spoons), turmeric powder (1 spoon) and garam masala (1 spoon). Add some water and stir well to mix the meat and spices. Close the lid and cook for 2~3 minutes. After 2~3 minutes, open the lid and stir again to evenly cook the meat. Close the lid and continue to cook for another 3~7 minutes.

Open the lid, increase the flame and stir well.
Add some water and boil well to make a curry.
Continue to stir for some more time in high flame, without adding water, to make a dry fry.
Have the dish with some hot rice 🙂 my recommendation. Will be a great combination with some Blue Label 😉 Sit back, relax and enjoy.
